As cga pointed out this is a really interesting pice. I loved the sortof vintaged low quality sound of it actually XD. What you did with the sax was great and you created a really good mood at that point, but I felt that you kinda ruined it around 0:50 when you took the sax completely out. I think it was a good call to take out the sax to add a little variation in there, but I wished that oy would have let the melody continue. Just as a suggestion you could have let the melody you play with the sax play in a high octave with the piano during that part. Or it doesn't have to be the same melody, but at the least the two mwelodies should be connected somehow. I think it just would make thiis sound a lot smoother.
As for the repetitiveness, I don't think that's such a bad thing actually. As it is for a game it has to be a loop, and it also has to be pretty repetetive. The melody you got going is the kind that I could listen to fro an extended period, because you don't use too many different notes. This would definetly be great for a game. It could have looped a bit better, but I assume that it loops properly in the actually game. As for the bass, it sounds a bit wierd. Like it's clashing with some of the hgiher frequencies from the hats and shakers, and especially the kick and snare. I would advise you to try eq'ing them a bit, though I don't know if it was intentional or not to make it sound like that.
It's overall a pretty good game track, but it has some flaws IMO. I'll give you 3.5 stars, though it's closer to 3.75 stars :).
