[His Way]

On this kind of track, the instrumental either has to be well or varied, or the vocals has to be good. Sorry, but I didn't feel like this track had any of this qualities. I understand that the vocals was supposed to sound crappy, but I didn't like that it sounded crappy :/. If they didn't this could have sounded pretty good.

I liked the lyrics though and the instrumental is a good backing track. Just feel like this could have become a lot better and I was kinda disappointed.

Varied? In the kind of music this is mainly influenced by there is barely any variation compared to other genres. In any case I've got some ideas that I'm trying out with this song, that may call for me to redo the low vocals on the first verse (to not do the random note thing and just sing it). It depends on if I change things to be more melodic or more percussive.

[AIM - Alien Cave]

The percussion was pretty good, but this was overall pretty much poorly mixed. Alot of frequencies crash and alot of the synths are way to loud like the one at 1:40.
It's also way too random for my liking at some points, At other points though I really digged it.

Yeah, this was a weird one. BUT I've been full-time practising, so the randomness won't be a problem now I've self taught some music theory.

[Bop]

Didn't really like the synth from 0 to 0:18. Feel like it could have been worked a bit more with to make it more big sounding. Liked the pluck that came in at :19 though.
This piece is really fun to listen too, but I feel like theres some problems with the mixing. Some of the frequencies clash some times and they sound odd together. Also I feel like this could have been a bit more varied as well.

*Edit was about to give this a 3.5 star rating before I got to the part at 2:08. Everything from there and out is pretty much flawless and I loved that groove.
Thus you get 4 stars from me :).

[Two Paths - AIM2014]

Liked the sounding of the piano, though I feel like it could use a bit more reverb. I disliked the guitar that came in around :50 though. It sounded poorly mixed with the guitar.
The melody is pretty nice though I feel like it could have been a bit more varied.
The percussion samples are either low quality or poorly mixed.

I liked the song for the most part, but stuff like the guitar and the percussion kinda ruined it for me.

3.5 stars.

[Forest Of Desolation]

A true masterpiece :D. Sounded like a true filmscore or something. Loved the small pieces of ear candy throughout and the sounding of it was really outstanding.

5 stars and favourite.

[Tron Shredder]

Another awesome piecE :D. The song structure is really good and I loved the synths :D.
The song gives of a really chill atmosphere.
I feel though that the song is lacking a heavier bass. Really missed that heavy low end bass sound.
The melodies are awesome as well :D.

Dammit =_= another outstanding piece. Now I gotta take this into consideration for my top 3 of the AIM as well :/.
One of the best 8-bit tracks I've ever heard. Loved the melody and percussion :D.
The slide notes made my day and the bit guitar is awesome.
An absolutely outstanding piece and fits the art really well :D.

Instant 5 and favourite.

[The Traveler]

It's a nice ambient piece.
Everything after 2:48 sounded flawless, but I'm afraid I didn't really enjoy alot of the stuff before that.
There was nothing there to keep me hooked, nothing that created tension and made me wanna keep listening to the track.
Can't pinpoint what I feel like is missing, but I'm sure you'll figure it out once you look into it.

[Contemporary]

Hmm. Didn't really feel the song at some points. Some parts sounded a bit random and I kinda got bored of the track before it hit 4 min. The drop was amazing though which pretty much saved the track for me. Might also have something with that I really don't enjoy this kind of dubstep in general.
Wasn't really that pleasing to my ears.

Speaking from a technical standpoint though, this is pretty good. The structure is really good and the transistions are flawless. People who are into this style will probably love this.
3.5 stars.

Holy "##%%&&%/. Most awesome piece ever. Gotta restrain from using caps, cuz WOW this is awesome :D. Was sure I already got my 3 favourites, but now I guess I gotta take this into consideration as well. I remember hearing your songs under the NGADM, but this is definetly the best piece I've heard by you and one of the best tracks I've heard on the site :D.
