Great song :D. I'll review this song part by part:

0:00 - 0:32
-------------------
Loved the intro :D. The bass is amazing and the synth is pretty. The mixing is pretty much perfect though I feel like some of the frequencies of the bass is clashing a bit with the synth.
Sounds like the bass has a bit too much mid, though it's only a tiny bit.
Really nothing more to say about the intro :). Was really great and well produced :).
The frequencies is just a tiny detaill.
So for that part I give you 5/5 :).
----------------------------------------------

0:32 - 1:00
----------------------------------------------
Loved the melody that came in at 0:32 :D. Was totally awesome and was really good for the buildup.
One thing I disliked though, was the saw synth. It sounds like one of the samples from nexus I used to use all the time before, but now I've found out that using it without tweaking it all, makes it sound pretty uninteresting. Honestly, I would have changed out that sawsynth with a polysaw instead, but that's just a matter of taste.
Regardless, this part functioned really well as a buildup. I loved when the supersaw started to come in at around 0:40 :D! You could maybe have varied the background melody (the one from the intro) a bit just to keep the interest up, but it was great anyway :D.
Saw synth kinda ruined it a bit for me, but it wasn't such a big deal.
So I'll give you 4/5 for that part.
--------------------------------------------

1:00 - 1:30
-------------------
At first, this part disappointed me very much because _I was expecting a sick bassdrop after that awesome buildup. Later on I heard the real drop though, so it was okay.
One thing I really disliked with this part is that it was pretty just the same as the previous.
You should have at least added a new instrument and made som variation in the percussion at that point. Maybe add another supersaw that isn't sidechained. I want to emphasize that it should be a DIFFERENT supersaw. Would really make the part more interesting.
As for the percussion, I wished you had added some high hates and rides there. Maybe some glitch drums as well just to really give it a "party" feel.
This buildup was good as well though I feel like it could have been a bit more varied.
Because it wasn't that well varied, and really wasn't that interesting I'll have to give you a lower score for this one.
3/5 stars.

1:30 - 2:30
-------------------
Wow! The drop was amazing :D. Loved the bass, and the lead synth was pretty good as well :D.
It was really well varied as well :D. The part at 2:15 was just perfect :D!.
Not much more to say about the drop :). The lead synth may have a tiny, tiny , tiny bit too much mid for my taste, but that,s no big deal at all :D.
Best part of the song :).
5/5 stars

2:30-3_30

Epicness!! Was something about that buildup that I loved more than the previous one :D.
Loved the background pizzicato saw and the bass was amazing :D. At this point, I almost jumped out of my char and started to rave :D. I'm not saying that you should have done something simillar on the first buildup though. The second buildup should always be ten times epicer than the first one.
You already know my thoughts about the saw, though I don't think it sounded that bad at that part :D.
Another top rating :D.
5/5 stars.

03:34 - 04:34.

This was pretty much the same as the first one so I guess you would expect me to give it the same rating as well. Well the problem is that I've already heard it before in the song. You should have done some changes to the melody, maybe add som new bass synths, etc. To make it more interesting.
Now that this is pretty normal in this kind of genre, but usually the pro's adds a more heavy bass at the second buildup to give it some variety.
The drop is still as awesome as ever though, but as it's the same as the first one I can't give you the same rating.
3.5/5 stars.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

04:30 - end
--------------------------------------------------------------------
The outro was pretty well structured. I loved how you made an effort to make that part varied and interesting :D. Many musicians thinks the outro isn't important and they don't give it that much thought, but you did it really well :D. The synth that comes towards the end was awesome and I liked how bassheavy the outro was :D.
5/5 stars for the outro

Summary
-----------------------
So overall, I think this track was pretty rad :D. Could have been a bit more varied, but I still enjoyed listening to this. The bass was amazing, and then I really mean AMAZING. The mixing was really, really good as well :D. I liked how this track was really original :D. I've listened to alot of this kind of music, but this sounds like it has it's own style, which is very nice :D.
Putting together all my ratings, my rating for this is 4.3 stars (which obviously becomes 4.5 stars.

Keep up the good work :D. Hope my review helped you and I look forward to seeing more tracks from you in the future :D. Listened to some of your other tracks as well and I really see alot of talent ;).

Thus you've earned yourself a new fan as well.
Well that's all :).

Oh wow. Quite the review :D Thank you!. Looking back at the song now, I can see your criticisms on the piece. I've focused much of my attention, for now, on my mix down and mastering. I'm glad people are noticing the better quality. For my next song, I'll be sure to keep in mind those small changes here and there. I agree, I didn't have many (aside from the reverse cymbals here and there). Again thanks for the very lengthy, in depth review. :D

You got some serious talent. Thus it's kinda annoying that the sound quality is so bad X3.
I get that it's because you gotta convert from 3ga to mp3, but still shouldn't sound this bad.
Try using the website media.io to convert your tracks instead, and be sure to put it on 320kbps.
I see some talent here so I'll scout you. You really should consider getting a proper DAW like fl studio.

Also, what program are you using on your phone?

Electronic-Headphone responds:

Applications from Play Store, no programs. I am just recording the sounds of the applications to voice recorder. The name of the applications are like: Dubstep Master, Drum N Bass Maker and on this song I use the Electro launchpad 1 free. If you want, you can install it. And thanks for the review enochcity.

Nice :D. Short, simple, fun and calming :).

tehlu9prod responds:

Thanks :)

The melody was nice and I kinda liked the feel of it. It sounded like the samples you used where of really low quality though. The structure is pretty good and the percussion is really nice :D.
One tip: Try giving your songs an interesting name and always uploqd an icon for it. When people see a huge list of songs in the audio portal, what usually makes them click on a song is that the song has an interesting name or an interesting icon.

Don't give up on newgrounds just yet :). If you just get a bit more involved with the community you will surely receive more feedback.

sixshadowsix responds:

the percussion is real that might be why you were drawn to it...and they were not samples it was me playing. i do agree that if i put a little more effort into my presentation i might get some more feedback or listens but god damn i just dont wanna do it lol thank you for giving me the time of day to leave a comment it makes my day im sorry it took so long to get back i think i was drunk when i first saw it

Why does all your audio sound like they are recorded outof some cheap computer speakers using your phone :P. Your music is good, but when they sound like that I can't even be sure if you're the one who makes them.

Electronic-Headphone responds:

I am making those songs on my mobile phone. But the audio is in 3ga. I connect the USB cable to the computer.
So then I found a site that I can convert the 3ga to mp3. And then I publish the audio. But thanks enochcity. And can you vote?

Really interesting track :). The instruments used are very clear and they sound perfect for this :).
I felt like the loudest instruments could have been lowered a bit as I had to lower my volume around
0:40. Very nice Cinematic feel. With better leveling this could be used as a filmscore or soundtrack for a game :). If you upload 2 other tracks as good as this one I'll definetly scout you, so hit me a message when that happens :D.

A really nice cinematic piece with the only problem being the leveling.
4/5 stars.

Maliskoph responds:

Thank you for your kind words. I was going for a wide range in the songs dynamics and now that you mention it, I may have gone slightly overboard on a couple of the loudest peaks (especially if you had to actively turn down your volume!!, thats a very clear sign XD) I'll keep that in mind for the future hehe. ty

Loved the wobble bass :). the stuff in the background in general was pretty nice.
Wished that this had a bit more varied dynamics. as it is now, the melody is kinda flat. There's never any build of tension, and you use the same instruments, the same progression, and pretty much the same melody for the majority of the track.
I would reccomend that you listed to "soar" by johnfn:
http://www.newgrounds.com/audio/listen/571105

Another thing. I've listened to some of your other stuff, and it seems like you have a serious problem with mixing. Hardstyle dosen't mean that you just super compress the bass and boost the low-end.
I would really recommend that you watch and read some tutorials on making music on youtube.

Sorry if I sound too harsh :/. I really see that you have potential, but you're ruining that potential because you need to learn some of the basics of making music.
Hit me up when you release your next song, and I'll check it out :).

legoglock18c responds:

Thanks for the comment, I appreciate the criticism but I am still learning afterall.
My main goal right now is to make Hardcore. This particular track was just to see what would a softer track made by me, sound like. Also the track you suggested sounded pretty unique.

-Digital Impostor

Nice :D loved the drop and the breaks. They were all really well orchestrated :).
Even though it seems like only you used maybe 4 tracks, this still dosen't feel empty :).
Great job :D. Keep up the good work ;).

Xtrullor responds:

I was really pushing the edge here. I used a freaking WEB BROWSER to do this track (Soundation, if you ever want to try it).

If I tried to do more than this, the whole thing would've be a laggy hellhole where you couldn't work at all anymore.

I will maybe truly finish this sometime on my time, but that's just a one big maybe.

Thanks for the feedback,
- Xtrullor

Amazing :D.a cool and chill Dance beat :D. Not too agressive, nor too calming :D.
Great job. Loved the synths and melodies and the mix is really good.
Keep up the good work :D. this is awesome.
5 stars and favourite.

Everratic responds:

Thankyou!

Nice and groovey track :D. Perfect hipster summer song :D.
The vocals are amazing and the synths sound really good.
Felt like the guitar 1:00 could have been louder. I also felt like the riff that is in the background (The one at the intro) could have been varied a bit more. The melody is pretty well varied, but it would be nice if you had taken the pluck out at certain parts or add another layer on top of the pluck at certain parts. Would help add to the dynamics and would give the ears some rest, making it even more enjoyable to listen to :).

Anyways, it was still an awesome track :D. Awesome vocals, well mixed, nice melody, .
Really gives me a summer feel :D.

Keep up the good work :D. You got serious talent and your voice is amazing ;).

Hey there. Once again, much thanks for the awesome review. I agree with every point you made... It helps me get better for future tracks!

I make Dance and stuffz. EctiBot is a mix of Ecti, and Bot. Profile pic made by solwings.newgrounds.com :D!
